Kiss the cook!

There are some days when I get home from work that I am just famished-so hungry, so tired-and to be welcomed home with a piping hot plate of food is just the best. Nothing says "I love you" like cooking joyfully for someone. I am so lucky that my hubby loves to cook (and his father before him). With my teaching schedule I am not home to prepare our dinners most days so the responsibility falls on him quite frequently and he does a great job with it. Tonight's dinner was something not on the planned menu-he created a low-carb surprise, almost like a crustless quiche and it was the yummiest comfort food! Thanks honey...you're the best!
