
We had a lovely Valentine's dinner with some good friends tonight. The meal consisted of antipasto, seafood bisque, pasta with Italian sausage and a putanesca sauce, a salad, and some of the best foccaccia I've ever had. Dessert was a chocolate torte with strawberries dipped in chocolate and this yummy
rose champagne that I take to any party where chocolate is being served.
